I have visited this store several times, regarding changing my watch batteries. Last time the assistant gave my watch back after changing my battery, I spotted that the time is wrong (few hours behind)and she didnt even put the watch lid back properly. Then she gave my watch back and said :"there you are, its all done."So I doubted if there is any training for staff at all! Yesterday I went in the shop to change my battery again, this is after 2 years after my last battery been put in, because I paid for lifetime battery service. The assistant told me the old battery is still good, no need for a new battery. But my watch is not working. I am not happy with the service at all! The assistant was helpful but I just dont think they know much about how to change battery. Retraining needed for your shop assistant.
